1. My username isflamingsword because of a dream I had in which I was an angel. Me and my trusty flaming sword (weilded like a baseball bat) leveled LA, and pounded it into a sea of glass. It was a good dream.
2. My journal is titled "a flaming sword is not a reference to anything naughty, unless you're me" because I took four years of Latin, and I know both translations for the word "gladius".
3. My subtitle is nonexistent because I think the title is a bit prolix by itself.
4. My friends page is called The Menagerie of Freaks because I collect people of various types of insanity. I love specimens from the edges of the bell curves, the minds you don't see every day. And you people are pretty freaky.

My default userpic is from this article: http://www.massageandbodywork.com/Articles/OctNov2004/movement.html because the picture reminds me that movement is my body's natural state, not sitting in the same position at the computer all day. It reminds me why I do yogic stretching and dance every week and helps to maintain a strong play ethic.
