The school I’m going to dumped more than 40 pages of homework on us and about twice that much reading. I am still doing homework and I started Friday night. People live too far apart from the school to have in-person study groups, too. I started a text chain and I’m one of two people who have used the FB group the school insists on us having … but if there’s gonna be a study group, I may have to lead it. Which is a bunch of spoons and lol, no. Not right now anyway.

I think I might be going to start doing homework every single day? As long as it keeps it from being this slog … though come to think of it, maybe it’s good that I have few distractions out here. 🤔 Y’know what? I am making the executive decision to be slightly grateful that I’m doing school out here where I’m not tempted away from homework by fun things to do and friends to see. It’s lonely and I miss my people, but I will see some of them soonish.
