It’s so cool! And was so nutty and delicious! I wasn’t expecting the intensity at all, and it was so good just steamed and dressed with salted butter and pepper. The simplest thing ever.

I am back in massage school to get my national certification, so I can go work in the Pacific Northwest. My Texas massage license was only on the ancient 300 education hour certificate, and I need about twice that to work where I want to live.

Well done! I get photos like that from the Mouse from time to time too! (He also does kinesiology as part of his degree.) (I also press on different “points” on my pelvis of the four sticky out bits to get the others to move, to try and get it not to be lopsided, which tells you a bit about how well my body works.)
