The final project for the Qualitative Research Design class is done and turned in, and I will now be working my way through some textbook PDFs before really starting to put the pieces together. I’m kind of wondering if I should get a blogspot or Wordpress type blog to put all the results from that on a Google searchable, indexable site. I have much more solid ideas on how to do this ethically, and accomplish it at all. Go free online course!

There are a maximum number of DW journals that I can follow without feeling overwhelmed, and I’m there again. I am not over the line, though, so I don’t need to do anything about it. But I forgot that that limit was a thing during Snowflake. I keep forgetting that I had to redesign my life to live inside my limits, and it annoys me every time I re-find those boundaries, that my energy is no longer boundless and open.

Speaking of boundless energy I don’t have, the Organizing Solutions for People with ADHD book I’m reading came into my home and slapped me in the face and told me that I own too many kitchen things I don’t use. And it’s right. I don’t need twenty kinds of Tupperware, stacked so that Ghost can’t find anything. I need at most five kinds, stacked with the lids on them, and to make the kitchen more useable for both of us. So the kitchen will be Project #2, right after I replace the wire frame shelves in the living room that are starting to lean with a proper Kallax shelf and a couple of cloth bins or clear boxes.

I kind of want to take a bath, but the apartment is still chilly from the weather hovering around freezing outside. But most of Texas did not lose power this time, so minor miracle! Yay for that.

I’m almost done with the MLP Sunset Shimmer purse, so pics of that soon, and then I’ll be moving onto finishing the mint shawl and embroidery shorts for Finish Things February.

And I think I’m going to make some spoonie icons sometime soon, because those need to be a thing.

I'm glad y'all didn't lose power.

That. Is. A. Mood.

Awesome! I have made only a little progress on the hat I'm working on, but completed some comment fic (begun in January) and am steadily working on a challenge entry for later in the month.

The hat is one of these Fisherwoman Hats. I've made a bunch with that pattern as a way to use up little balls of leftover yarn. This particular hat is a not particularly attractive combination of leftover colors, but it would still keep somebody's head warm, and I'm about to start the decreases, whooooo!

Most of that fic is from at least ten years ago, which just blows my mind in terms of passage of time. I'm just starting to poke at it again as a medium. It's been fun.
