Omg y’all. This yarn! Malabrigo Rios has spoiled me for other yarns. The colors are so rich and lambent! Yes, I am using that word correctly, the yarn is kettle-dyed so it seems to glow from within like a stained glass window with the sun behind it. Cameras don’t really capture the effect, or I would upload you a bunch of pictures. But this pattern is going so well, already, and this yarn is so soft and beautiful, and I am basically in crafter heaven right now. Joy! Rapture!

My sister is going to love this shawl so much!
