TW for Emetophobia

flamingswordTL;DR: On Wednesday night, I vomited myself into the ER.
Slightly elevated white blood cell count and intestinal cramps, they think it was a stomach bug plus period cramps hitting at the same time. I now understand the term "intestinal migraine" which I really could have done without. Vomiting 16 times within 9 hours is not recommended. But I have meds, and I am home, and I slept most of yesterday. I should be fine.
Anyway, I am mostly better now, but since I have been to the hospital, I am in quarantine for several days just in case I picked up anything while there.
