Getting letters in the mail would be on my top list of things as well. But you only made it to 20 :( Sometimes it's hard to remember happy things when you're not in the mood. Making a list is a great idea though. I might try it too.

I just had to do it in a few installments. I have worked the last few years more on being self aware of my emotions as they affect other people to avoid violating people's boundaries instead of being self aware of my emotions as they affect me. It was the right call to make at the time, but now it's time to change course.
