The blood tests that we got the results from Monday say that Doug's blood sugar and most other things are normal. The only things abnormal are the liver panel (same as before, mostly) and a sketchy autoimmune response. Um.
There are about a hundred autoimmune conditions, y'all. It's not Lupus, we think, or any of the big ones. We have been referred to a hepatologist for further testing. Fun.
The one piece of good fortune this week seems to be that he is still free of any symptoms or pain of any kind. Which means that he is freaking out less, and so someday soon I will quit worrying and start sleeping better. Here's hoping.

Date: 2007-02-03 05:02 am (UTC)You know, you'd think I'd get what I call the mini seizures looked at, but nope. I think it has to with CP (cerebral palsy) and, you know, cold (more sensitive when it's cold). Somehow shaking for a millisecond is just normal. Heh.
