It's a quicktime movie off of MSNBC. Is it not loading on your browser?

I got it now, but I had to steal the address and put it in another window. When you link to the site it takes you right to its home page feed and not the actual movie itself, I don't know why that would be.

One thing to note: When Olbermann is crossing off the parts of the Bill of Rights that loss of Habeas Corpus would impinge on or destroy, he leaves the third amendment intact.

A later part of the "unlawful combatant" bill nullifies the third amendent, too. You can be labelled a "co-belligerent" or a "terrorist supporter" by refusing lodging to military personnel now, too. Have a nice day. ^-^

Hmm... scrolled everywhere and couldn't find what you were referring too, but still enjoyed the reading.

That suspension of habeus corpus gives almost limitless power to those who rule is why Jefferson had so much to say about it (http://etext.virginia.edu/jefferson/quotations/jeff1520.htm)
