Does anyone have an old monitor that they no longer want? I would be willing to swap goods and services for a monitor that gets better than 640x480 pixels legibly.

I have two -- sadly, one doesn't work, and the other sounds like it's about to explode when you turn it on. >.<

But, yes, we must get you a decent monitor...

I've got money to buy one, but I'd rather give it to someone I know than a store. We could all use it to better purpose. And I don't want to get a new monitor, anyways. It would make the Frankensteinian monstrosity that Doug cobbled together to be my computer feel inadequate. I'm rather nostalgic now. Do you know how long it's been since I've used something that had a 3.5" disk drive? Gosh, I'm spoiled.

I think that I have a friend who wants to get rid of a 17' CRT cheap. I'll ask him if you're interested. Would you be willing to wait until CMA to get it?

640x480 makes my brain hurt.
