In the best tradition, I have thieved and compiled this from many sources, including my own cracked mind. I have no ownership claims, feel free to thieve it yourself as all acts of joy and debauchery are endorsed by me.
Here it is:
General

* A sip every time someone mentions 'the special hell'

* A sip for every scene showing the alliance where someone is wearing a goofy alliance hat

* A sip whenever Mal says "not so much" (special rule for Buffy fans)

* A sip whenever there is a fight scene with more than two people

* A sip whenever there is on-screen semi-nudity.

* A sip for every time someone uses the adjectives 'gorram' 'rutting' or 'shiny'

* One shot for the Blue Sun logo on any item, foreground or background, first to spot it and call it doesn't have to drink.

* A sip every time a song is sung.


Characters:


* A shot whenever your character speaks a mandarin phrase

* A shot whenever your character touches their mouth.

(In descending order by drinking-ness)


Jayne
* A shot for every time Jayne caresses a weapon

* A shot whenever Jayne touches something he shouldn’t. (Fingers in cake, Saffron, whatever.)

* A shot every time Jayne says something that makes a crew member stare at him.

Mal
* A sip for anytime the captain is left momentarily speechless.

* A shot when Inara wants to throw Mal out of her shuttle.

* A shot every time he is referred to as the Captain. (including Captain Tightpants)

Zoe
* A shot for every time Zoe does something really sweet for Wash

* A shot every time Zoe says something grim.

* A shot every time she take a reasonless dislike someone.

Simon
* A shot every time Simon says the wrong thing.

* A shot every time Simon visibly loses hope.

* A shot every time Simon worries about River.

River
* A shot when River knows something she couldn’t.

* A shot whenever River does something "zany" even in the background of a shot.

* A shot every time she does something unexpected.

Wash
* A shot every time Wash says something funny

* A shot every time Wash flirts with someone who is not Zoe.

* A shot every time a dinosaur is seen or mentioned.

Book
* A shot when Book knows something he shouldn’t.

* A shot every time Book crosses his arms.

* A shot every time Book shoots a weapon or does something un-Shepherd-like.

Kaylee
* A sip for anytime Kaylee makes a play towards The Doctor.

* A shot every time Kaylee refers to Serenity as "she".

* A shot every time Kaylee refers to sex.

Inara
* A shot every time Inara insults someone.

* A shot every time she does something sensuous.

* A shot when Inara wants to throw Mal out of her shuttle.


This will be going on @ gonner221's casa on the third floor. We'll most likely all be passing out on the floor rather than walk down his stairs, so I hope he's prepared.


In other news, I hate my body, all physical objects, all things good and shiny, and all solid foods that smell good and can't be eaten by me.
