Today I got groceries, made appointments, threw out old photos that were duplicates or were of things best forgotten, rearranged art supplies, made and ate tasty foods, and did dishes.

The best part of my day was finishing off the scallops after the fabric bins were all put back in place. Such a tastiness and a feeling of accomplishment!

My self-love for today was wearing perfume, checking in with my bullet journal so that I didn't get mixed up, drinking decaf so I can sleep, and organizing the house better.

I am grateful for smell goods, for Ruby who is helping me learn to use all this fabric, for my friends and the Slack group, for naps and foods.

I need to let go of old habits that I learned from abusers and toxic authoritarians, like that I will be punished for setting reasonable limits and boundaries.
