(no subject)

I'm online even though it's Thursday because I'm a bit sickish. Not too bad, but being responsible requires not exposing clients to little ole' contagious me.
It also requires cleaning house and getting studying done while just wanting to lay in bed and read. I'm sticking to the non-fiction plan, though, much as I jones for it. Instead I'm studying how to buy homes and doing financial research. I'd like a house, but I want to be able to put money down so the interest rate isn't insane, and that might mean another year of renting, and I don't know what's worth it and what's not. We're going to talk it over tonight.

In other news, I'm going to go to sleep again.
