There's a ten most-played song meme, that I was going to post days ago, and it has been sitting on my desktop in a state of limbo while my brain vegetates after work. Which is pretty much all the time now. Why did I think that working six days a week was going to be a good idea, again?

It's sad that this is all the intelligent content I can come up with. I have the dumb. It has exsanguinated my mind. Did I mention that I'm sick, and whiney? I've been eating vitamin C like candy all this last week trying to outpace Blue's bronchitis/stomach bug. Yesterday I was too busy to do so, and in my distraction the little bastards took over.

I am dizzy and I ache everywhere. That's achey-sick. I have more phlegm than is good for anything ever and my throat hurts from clearing it out and coughing. That's icky-sick. If later on today I start throwing up or having other internal troubles, that's nasty-sick, thus completing the trifecta of illness and meaning that my best friend is being dethroned. Blue, if you gave me this crap . . . *shakes shakey fist*

Suckola on the being sick. Been there, done that. if you need a good, relatively cheap doctor, i know one. His name is Allan Furman, phone # 972-401-2335. he's in the las colinas medical center, plaza 1 (2nd floor) go right after coming off the elevator. He also has an after hours clinic over at baylor irving..call the above # for the number for the clinic. its only like $65 or so to see him w/o insurance.

I hope you get better. If you lived closer, I'd run over some sherbet (preferrably a fruit kind, like raspberry or lime) and diet 7-up. If it's brought to you by someone with love in their heart, it's guaranteed to make you feel better. Seriously. Draft someone nearby.

Thanks, but I feel mostly better, now. I went back to the C-is-for-candy plan and have added echinacea and astragalus to ensure ass-kickingness. I'll just keep putting the damage on until I can leave one of my jobs. And THEN I'll need sherbet.
