flamingswordOkay, the true meaning of that dream has finally emerged, and it's a weirdie.
It wasn't just that other people were being less opaque to me, it was also that I was being moreso. Sometimes I have motivations that I'm not aware of until someone else points them out. Interdependence is annoying, but that's a whole other post. Thank you Doug and Aaron for pointing out to me that my intentions were clear to everyone but me. You both suck. But in the good way. *weary smile* *is hella tired* *goes to see family anyway*

One of My Favourite Books As Well...
Date: 2007-02-11 07:27 pm (UTC)I would recommend any of Bakshi's oeuvre (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ralph_Bakshi), particularly Wizards (http://imdb.com/title/tt0076929/)...though maybe not Cool World. Titan A.E. was rotoscoped, and was a cute film if you haven't seen it.
Computer animation especially has been the nail in the coffin of rotoscoping, though I hope Scanner will show how it can still be used in a very powerful & unique manner.
