not 1,000 paper cranes

I do not think I could fold a thousand origami cranes. It's not my style, and it's been done to death besides. But maybe I can fold my brain around a thousand metaphors, and ask for peace that way. So I'm going to start making a list of new (and rare and barely-used, and freshly minted by my cracktastic mind) analogies. Because complication is the only peace I have, and I'd love to share. :)
