The English punish themselves with food; the Japanese obsess over the perfection and separation of their food; the Aztec had food as dark and bloody as their culture. The world over, food is a reflection not only of what is regionally available to eat but of the attitudes of people towards life and towards one another. I want to write a cookbook of foods to make me a better person. So I'm going to start posting recipe's here tomorrow, and if you'd like to link inspired cooking ideas, feel free.
