CBT daily practice: thoughts/feelings awareness

I felt vulnerable because I thought that if I expressed a difficult emotion badly that Merlin might be upset with me.

I felt guilty because I thought about the times that I have tried to "fix" people and how disrespectful that actually is. (Yikes. Sorry.)

I felt happy because I thought that helping a fb friend validates my idea of myself being a useful person.

I felt angry and protective because I thought that friends of mine are being mistreated and fuck that.

I felt happy because I thought that I understand San better now.
