Common examples of concerning or unhealthy coping skills include yelling, screaming, swearing, making demands or ultimatums, threatening, lying, shutting down, ghosting, manipulating, blaming, and criticizing people instead of problems. In some situations these behaviors are beneficial, like yelling for help or lying to ICE.
