Doing ALL THE THINGS kinda
Jun. 5th, 2024 09:45 pmI have a slight headache, so I’m going to skip writing about hard/therapy-adjacent subjects and just write out my to do list for tomorrow:
• follow body care checklist for morning
• make protein shake to take meds with
• wake up
• finish formulating the smellgoods I’m sending off next week.
• load massage table and all gear into car.
• knit until it’s time to go
• go to friend’s house and set up table and give them a massage
• break down table and take dysautonomia meds with food
• (possibly go to the DMA? If I have spoons? But it could only be for 2 hours maximum if I go tomorrow) (or possibly save spoons for going to Meow Wolf, but honestly that sounds like a long shot at this point)
• come home and unload massage gear
• eat proper meal
• knit until time to exercise
• try to make dance moves out of PT exercises
• write a blog post before bed
