Gratitude post January 19th

People who love me still love me when I am not capable or strong.

I have a whole collection of scent stims for bad days now.

I am still capable of enjoying things on bad pain days.

I got better at being human without professional help for twenty years.

I have friendships that are almost old enough to drink. I'll be celebrating that next year.
