The thing is, I love stunningly bad movies (Ed Wood, classic blaxploitation, Russ Meyer, that sort of thing), but there's a difference even between that and, well, Just Plain Dumb (as in, not particularly inspired in their badness, you know)? I'm up for a stunningly bad movie just as much as for a stunningly good one, typically.
