I am not only renewing my passport I'm going to prod my roommate (who is trans) until he renews his. I HATE nagging people but he NEEDS to do this. I have known him all his life and I will not watch this country take him from us.

I guess I'd/we'd better get ours renewed (it expired years ago) even though there is not a country on this planet that would take us given our inability to work. Also definitely wouldn't want to leave family and other vulnerable peeps behind. But yeah, getting our passport renewed is still a good idea and it's something I was thinking about before the election.
