Someone I follow is doing tarot readings to raise money for getting necessary dental work. Stop on by if you've a dollar or two to throw around.

Really any lolita that doesn't have an ankle length skirt (which is most) and has some sort of bloomers would read to Steve as I described it. Steve's from the very 'modern' 1940s so most any lolita is going to look different than American Civil War and Gibson Girl.
