I dislocated a toe from bouncing my leg up and down. Yes, really. And then it swelled up and decided to ache.

In other not-new news: bodies were a mistake, and I want to replace this thing with a robot. Anybody who has a line on the future of brain-in-a-jar / mind-uploading / other forms of flesh replacement ... hit my DMs?

Brain in a jar seems ... like not that much better an option:

“Marvin trudged on down the corridor, still moaning. "...and then of course I've got this terrible pain in all the diodes down my left hand side..."

"Oh yes," said Marvin, "I mean I've asked for them to be replaced but no one ever listens."

Also, Sage is working on maybe learning how to do that Tibetan Rainbow body thing for us. We'll let you know if it ever works ...

Marvin wasn’t a brain in a jar, though, he was entirely machine. A true robot, not a robot body being piloted by a squishy brain or by an uploaded human personality. But if we’re taking sci-fi as our cues, I want to be one of the tachikoma from Ghost In The Shell!
