When we did the checklist for ADHD when the kids were little, we'd only intended for the older kid. The doctor observed the younger one flipping upside down on the patient bed and wordlessly handed us a second pair of checklists.

Later that night, as we filled them out, we came to "often has trouble sitting in chairs appropriately". We called E in to ask her about it, and she ran in, flipped herself over the back of the chair, and plopped down in it, no big. Yeah, in retrospect, it was obvious....

(My sister and I used to sit on the fridge when we were kids. She lacks a diagnosis! She... probably ought to have one.)
