I am doing the CBT Toolbox, much modified to be less sexist/ableist/cisnormative etc.. I also have a few DBT things in the therapy tag and some stuff like the feelings wheel and how to do a daily check-in with your feelings for people who are bad with recognizing feelings. Because alexithymia is a thing for so many of us.
